| Actually Government should use the geographical advantage of we being on the opposite side of USA . We should dig a through hole from the center earth which will connect India and USA , so we can put wire through it. So in India 's day time sun light and solar energy can be given to USA and they can give us the same in their day time. Also we can fit an train through it so that we dont have to use planes for travelling. |

| What an Idea SirJi! Please call it operation Rajnikanth. If you are not able to do it with drilling machines, please leave to Rajni, he will drill a hole to USA with his Camlin HB Lead Pencil. |

| Do we need two different holes for this duplex transfer? May be one will be smaller.. cause we dont want to give lot of energy to US.. we can actually use it to turn on the fans so that my keyboards will not become dirty with coke. I have replaced 5 so far only because I need cold drinks. If a second hole can solve this problem government should really consider it. |

| I agree with Purushottam we can also bypass through the hole to amazon, south america and provide the rain water to drought hit areas in India |

| how about same to be done between India and Russia in order to exchange weapons. If pakistan or china threaten us,we will get advanced weapons and nukes from Russia through the secret hole and we will pay them off immediately by train. |

| Well we will bring Mercury under earth for support.And on the other hand,if the days get reduced to 18 hrs,u would work for less hrs and thus would get less strain and that will make u enjoy more. |

| Mr Purushottam i think you need to quickly get hold of a hybrid 'brain' charger and recharge yours... if such a device doesnt exist here, then please ask someone to drop it from the USA through the imaginary 'hole' so it drops in to your home, fast enough through 'gravity'. |

| Yes we can also make holes to Mon or Mars but for it we need to fist make a solid connection to them, then we can drill a hole |

| Actually there are many holes already existing between earth and moon. I just discovered that We just have to build some rocks around those holes. After all, its a nice by-product cause we anyways need a place to dump all those rocks after creating hole through earth |

| If we drill such hole from India , it will end up in Mexico and not in USA as told by you. |

| People are suggesting some more holes connecting different terroteries. |
| But Dont make so many holes to earth man, otherwise the earth weight will decrease and it will start rotating fast and we will have day just 18 hours and we will then die in 30 years and there will be no retirement and then all these LIC , PF , Lombard will become lose business and then it will bankrup and we will head to another recessiona and one more year with no hikes and my plan to by a 60 inch LCD will be delayed. |

| To start of with, lets make hole from india into pakistan and get dawood ibrahim from the tunnel straight to delhi ! Tali's will never understand what hit them! we can later plug the hole using TNT right under their backs. |

| Similarly Finland and New Zealand can be connected using a vertical angular hole. The best part is if we drop something from Finland it will automatically come down to New Zealand due to gravity, so lot of energy can be saved which we lose in transportation and travelling. This saved energy can then be stored in everyday pencil cells and can be sold at Rs 14 each. This additional revenue can then be used to educate the people and the children of farmers so that they will have earning sons and they will not sucide. |

| After drilling holes and making train service, we start express highway with eight lanes. We can have toll boths for entering each country in the hole. Our daily process of passport and Visa problem will be over. Hence we can unite the whole world with a hole in the earth. I think you better start searching the center point for drilling the hole. |

| What!!! any science graduate can easily tell that this is not possible as anything being at crator(the center of earth) will start doing simple harmonic motion means just like pendulum and here at rediff everyone is praising you...what a joke |

If people fail to understand that and laugh the outta their lungs, which I just did (though it was when I read your first post only which started it all), then I think it's mission accomplished. | Hi Puru, I am thinking of running cars on water. I will use the hydrogen to run the car and release oxygen into air. So imagine how much oxygen will be released in the atmosphere. |

| I think we need a hub & spoke approach, where in there is only one hole in the earth from US & India .. All the lateral holes can be drilled from this hole .. So Anil ambani can start a business of train service thorugh this hole.. He will need an IPO which is very much overpriced to start this venture, This IPO will be oversubscribed by Bacchans, Singhs & Yadavs & world will be back to recession. Here you star tagain Purushottam Where you dont get hike.. No Lcd etc.. |

| Hey Guys, already a big hole is there in the earth... it reaches till center of the earth... now what we have to do? we have to find out that hole first then we will reach center of the earth and then we will start drill from there it reduce our energy and time... If u people have any doubt or To find out the hole plz watch this Movie "Journey To The Center Of The Earth".... they have given some reference books also... :) |
